SHIPPING INFORMATION:

At this time, we do not offer shipping to Canada, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or Alaska online. For shipments to these locations, please contact us.

 

PRICING INFORMATION:

All prices on ShopGeremia.com are listed in U.S. Dollars. If an item is available online only or both online and in stores, the price shown will be the online price. Pricing, promotions, styles, and availability may vary between the store, service department, and online.

 

PRICE MATCHING POLICY:

Pricing for products on ShopGeremia.com may vary from in-store or service department pricing. We do not match the price of in-store/service merchandise with the price offered by ShopGeremia.com.

 

PRICE CORRECTION:

As part of our shipping procedures, we verify availability and the price before an item is shipped out. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the smaller amount and ship you the item.

If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, if it’s no longer available, or we determine that there were inaccuracies in our product information, we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation via email.

 

COUPON USE:

We do not allow the combining of offers, including the use of multiple coupons. One coupon per transaction. COUPONS NOT VALID IN-STORE!

 

WARRANTY:

Purchases made on ShopGeremia.com and not installed by a Geremia Pools Technician do not qualify for Geremia Pools Extended Warranty. These products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty only and must be deal with the manufacturer directly.

 

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

A Shop Geremia order acknowledgment means your order request has been received, not that it has been accepted or shipped, or that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed.

We at Shop Geremia make a conscientious effort to describe and display its products and services accurately on the site. Despite these efforts, a small number of the items on the website may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. We may experience lags in uploading updates throughout the site and in our advertising on other websites. As a result, we cannot 100% guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services.

Shop Geremia reserves the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

SPECIAL DELIVERY CHARGES:

Oversized and cumbersome items require special delivery charges. The delivery charge varies depending on the size and weight of the item. These charges will be included in the shipping & handling subtotal of your order.

 

RETURNS:

You may return items for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. If we have not been contacted by email within 30 days of your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For returns, your item must be unused, in new condition and the original packaging. We do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, then a partial return may apply.

Customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns. Also, shipping costs are not refundable.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received your refund, first double-check your bank account. Typically refunds take 1-5 business days to process.

If a sale item meets the criteria for a return and refund, only the sale price will be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product, contact us at orders@ShopGeremia.com.
