Exchanges & Returns

Return Process

You may return items for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. If we have not been contacted by email within 30 days of your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Exceptions

At this time, we do not offer shipping to Canada, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or Alaska online. For shipments to these locations, please contact us.

Types of Shipments and Delivery Periods

We ship all of our shipments for either USPS First-Class or UPS Ground. We only process and ship our packages during business days (M-F).

Typically, our shipments take 1-3 business days to arrive.

Order Tracking

You can track your packages via your confirmation order emails or directly via your Account page.

Payment

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit-cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Etc.) and PayPal payments. We do not accept checks or cash payments.
